The undersigned individual, by signature below, agrees to the following conditions regarding the use of Teton School District 401 facilities:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in activities at District facilities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, illness, or property damage. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with my use of the facilities.

2. Release of Liability

I release, waive, and discharge Teton School District 401, its employees, trustees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my use of District facilities, except those resulting solely from the District’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

3. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the District, its employees, trustees, and agents from any liability, expenses, costs (including attorney’s fees), damages, and/or losses resulting from my use of District facilities, except those arising from the District’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

4. Compliance With District Policies

I agree to comply with all District policies, facility rules, and applicable laws while using the facility. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of facility use privileges. Acknowledgment By signing below, I affirm that I have read this Waiver and Assumption of Risk, fully understand its terms, and voluntarily agree to its conditions.
